Kazakhstan to start oil transit via Druzhba to Germany Feb 1–14

ASTANA, Feb 1 (PRIME) -- Kazakhstan will send the first 20,000 tonnes of oil through the Druzhba pipeline to Germany in the first half of February, Kazakhstan’s Energy Minister Bolat Akchulakov told reporters on Wednesday.

“We will deliver... 20,000 tonnes in the first half of February,” he said.

In December 2022, Transneft received an order from KazTransOil to book 1.2 million tonnes of extra capacity of the Druzhba pipeline for exports to Germany in 2023, including 300,000 tonnes in January–March.
